Introduction, I am not here to tell you something new, in facts its an ancient topic and the truth is deep within EACH of you, and I hope to awaken the spark that resides inside of you…you have each been blessed with a team of Angels! Just waiting for you to reach out to them or to know them more intimately!

My own challenges and faith beliefs, sometimes I feel God slows us down when he wants us to listen and we don’t get the message, He nudges us harder and harder…I turned to holistic measures to cope. Began meditating regularly, using Essential Oils (White Angelica) and had a profound message from an Angel, "God did not put toxins in your life to make you ill, it is fertilizer to help you grow!"

How Religion is only part of your Spiritual Health

Angels have been in literature throughout history, not just a certain religion so you believe what is right for you and only take what fits. If Angels were present back then, why are they not still here today? Spiritual health is being able to look beneath the surface, believe in something or someone more powerful than yourself that you are a part of, connecting us all no matter what your beliefs. Being connected to your own Divine core, center or energy and using that strength to empower you inspite of your physical or mental challenges. Looking for the meaning or message in your everyday coincidences. In or out of Church, your Spirit is with you. Knowing that each person you meet has some message for you or, are a reflection of you, if you just take time to look beneath the surface to see the beauty inside. Can be done through formal religion or on your own but you must have a desire to go deeper!

What are ANGELS? Spiritual energies around everyone and everything, I believe, sent by God to help us as a tool to reach our highest potential. Any tool works better when it is sharpened and used regularly. Tools-meditation cards, groups, walking meditations in daily activities, (even washing dishes!) calling on the Angels and being open to their presence. They can appear as humans, animals or help if you let them. But you need to "be in the present moment".

Can a person really be an Angel? Many have felt the presence of Angels while a loved one was passing, later feeling an Angel wrap their arms around them in their grief, come as a child who dies at a young age once their mission is accomplished, in an animal who just knows how to love you unconditionally, is that stranger who helps in a crisis and disappears, that inner voice that whispers in your ear to keep you from stepping out in front of a speeding car, or motivates YOU to be an ANGEL to someone in need, just because!

Recognizing the beauty in each individual and situation. Angels are all around us but unless we want to interact with them, they will not make their presence known. They cannot interfere with your Divine Plan but can help you stay on track if you ask them. They never scare, control or do harmful things.

Counting our blessings and looking for the influence of Angels. Learning to live from our ABILITIES, not our DIS-ABILITIES! I do not let my own physical challenges keep me from being a kind person but I do have to live within my limits, yet my Angels have taken me places I never dreamed I could go. (like complete massage school inspite of my limitations, finding there was a bigger purpose for being in school to influence many lives!) and just doing things that help you feel ALIVE, more than skin deep. Even just doing something as simple as washing your face, looking right in the mirror and talking to your Soul. I do it everyday as I’m putting on my Oil of Olay and my kids don’t think I’m crazy! We do the Angel cards together and reflect on what our Angels have done with us that day. I was quite amused to find that P&G is the sponsor of this program and here I’ve used their Olay products since I was a teen as part of my daily meditation ritual never dreaming we would cross paths like this!

I teach my children and students to put the "Sacred" into the simple things in life, and watch your life BLOOM! It is important to plant the seed for what YOU want to grow. As a woman, you touch many lives in such important ways, you are born Angels. Look at the challenges you face on a regular basis, look at the people who need you in their life, look at the inner strength you DO have and how you DO make a difference and are blessed to have your own team of Angels waiting to assist you. Every smile, every hug you give keeps that inner spark alive for you and your loved ones! But take the time to care for yourself, for your own Spirit! You must if you are to have anything to give and coming today is doing just that! Our classes at Mercy help you on your journey!
